Orders & payment

Can I change or cancel my order?

I prepare orders quickly after they are confirmed so they reach you as soon as possible. If you need to change or cancel yours, write to me as soon as possible at webdoriane@gmail.com. As long as it hasn't been shipped yet, I can of course step in.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. After your purchase, you receive a summary e-mail with the details of your order. If it doesn't show up, check your spam folder or contact me: I'll get back to you quickly.

Which payment methods are accepted?

You can pay by bank card, PayPal or Google Pay.

How do I track my order?

As soon as it ships, you receive an e-mail with a tracking link so you know where your parcel is at any time.

What if my parcel hasn't arrived?

If your parcel is taking too long, just write to me. I'll check the tracking with you and find a solution.

Shipping & delivery

How long does dispatch take?

I prepare and ship orders within 24 to 48 working hours.

What are the delivery options and costs?

Delivery to a Mondial Relay parcel shop or locker costs €3.90 in France and €5.90 in the rest of Europe — free from €59. Pickup at our shop in Brionne, France (by appointment) is free. The exact amount is always shown before payment.

Where do you deliver?

I deliver to Mondial Relay pickup points in 10 countries: France, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Austria and Poland. You choose your pickup point when placing your order.

How do I collect my parcel from the pickup point?

You receive a tracking link after dispatch, then a notification when the parcel is available. Simply show an ID to collect it. Parcels are kept for about 5 to 8 days depending on the carrier, then returned to me.

Returns & refunds

How do I return an item?

You have 14 days after receipt to make a return. Contact me and I'll explain how to proceed. Items must be returned in their original condition, clean and unworn (apart from trying on). Return costs are at your expense. After receipt and inspection, the refund is issued to your original payment method. Exchanges are not possible, as every piece is unique.

One of the items I received has a flaw that wasn't mentioned. What should I do?

Despite all the care taken when checking, a detail can sometimes slip past me. Just write to me at webdoriane@gmail.com: I'll help you quickly.

The items

Are all the items second-hand?

I mainly select second-hand clothes, but I sometimes also offer brand-new items with tags. The condition is always stated on each product page.

Are the clothes washed before shipping?

Yes, all clothes are checked, washed and ironed before dispatch.

Can items have flaws?

I check every piece one by one before putting it online. If there is the slightest detail to point out, it is always clearly mentioned and shown in photos, so you can buy with complete confidence.

How do I choose the right size?

I go by the size shown on the label. If an item runs small or large, I say so in the description.

Are items reserved in my cart?

No. Pieces remain available until the order is completed. As each item is unique, it can be bought by another customer in the meantime.

Selling & donations

Can I sell or donate my clothes to the shop?

Not at the moment, but I'm working on it. I'm thinking about a way to make this easier soon. In the meantime, you can offer me pieces by contacting me. I also accept donations of carefully kept clothes, and I cover the shipping costs.
