Delivery
Order preparation
Orders are handled with care and shipped within 24 to 72 working hours after payment confirmation. Each product is checked before dispatch.
Delivery methods
We ship via Mondial Relay (parcel shops and lockers) to 10 European countries. You choose your pickup point when placing your order. Free pickup at our shop in Brionne, France (by appointment) is also possible.
Delivery times
- France: 2 to 5 working days
- Rest of Europe: 3 to 6 working days
These times are given for information only.
Delivery costs
Parcel-shop delivery: €3.90 in France · €5.90 in the rest of Europe — free from €59. The exact amount is displayed before the order is confirmed.
Delivery problems
In the event of an incident (lost, damaged or missing parcel), contact webdoriane@gmail.com as soon as possible.
Returns
Right of withdrawal
The law grants a period of 14 days after receipt to request a return.
Return conditions
Items must come back:
- in their original condition
- clean and unused
- complete, with tags where applicable
Return procedure
- Send an e-mail to webdoriane@gmail.com
- Mention your order number
- Send the parcel back to the address provided
Return costs
The customer bears the return shipping costs.
Refund
After receipt and inspection, the refund is issued within 5 to 10 working days via the original payment method.

- Items are unique (second-hand) → an exchange is not always possible
