These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern sales made on the Les Jolies Trouvailles website.

The products offered are second-hand items (children's clothes and books).
Each product is:
- checked before being put on sale
- described as precisely as possible
- accompanied by photos
As the products are second-hand, they may show slight signs of wear. These details are specified on the product page.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in euros (€), all taxes included.
The seller reserves the right to change prices at any time. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order.
Delivery costs are shown before the order is confirmed.
4. Orders
Any order placed on the site implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
The ordering process includes:
- Selecting the products
- Confirming the cart
- Entering customer details
- Payment
An order confirmation is sent by e-mail.
The seller reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of a dispute with the customer, suspected fraud or an obvious pricing error.
5. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

Transactions are secure.
6. Delivery
Products are shipped to the address given when ordering.
Delivery times: generally between 2 and 7 working days.
The seller cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.
7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, you have a period of 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal.
To do so, you must:

- return the product in its original condition

The refund will be issued after receipt and inspection of the product.

- delivery delays caused by the carrier
